Okay,
now what does that mean?
The
lessons were learned from four different perspectives;
1. Charges from subscription fraud
issues and incomplete or improper documentation that would have prevented such
carrier charges;
2. Unpaid commission disputes due to
incomplete or improper documentation;
3. Lost commission due to invalid
chargebacks (chargebacks where the customer is still active under the same line
of service) as we were unable to support carrier documentation request for
commission reinstatement.
4. Lost time and money required to
collect, file, store and retrieve when necessary the documents required to
support the above requirements, not to mention this is also a carrier
contractual requirement.

customer recoveries due to an early cancellation that result in a commission
